Ligaya

Ligaya is a Texas girl at heart who was raised in Houston where her strong work ethic and competitive spirit took root. She initially pursued studies in fashion but ultimately earned a Bachelor’s degree in Consumer Science and Merchandising from the University of Houston. Staying connected to her first passion, she worked behind the scenes at Houston Fashion Weeks, collaborating with top designers such as Christian Siriano, Mark Bouwer, Cesar Galindo, and luxury brands like Net-A-Porter.

Before graduation, Ligaya launched a successful career in sales and marketing within a major technology organization. Her experience spans Government and Education K-12 sales where she worked closely with state, local, federal, and educational agencies to foster connectivity and support smart city and campus development. She also gained expertise in National Retail Sales and completed an internship doing events and promotions with the Houston Texans.

While her tech career was thriving Ligaya and her husband, Bryan, began investing in real estate—a venture that inspired her transition to a full-time career as a REALTOR®. Together they have a strong foundation of experience in single-family homes, historical properties, multifamily units, land, tax foreclosures, and managing a rental portfolio. Ligaya’s experience as an investor combined with an attentive eye for high-end properties brings insight and personal understanding to clients looking to build wealth through real estate. Since obtaining her real estate license, Ligaya has achieved certifications in New Home Construction and Buyers Representation from the National Association of REALTORS®.

Now based in Austin, Ligaya and her family have embraced the area’s scenic views and active lifestyle. Outside of real estate, she is a woman of faith, a proud mother of four, a dedicated traveler, and a loyal Houston Astros fan. Ligaya also holds a blue belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and stays closely tuned to the latest fashion trends, blending her passions for both self-discipline and style.
